3, 4, 5 YR OLD WORKERS:  There will be a TRAINING MEETING
Saturday, March 3rd from  9:00 am. – 12 noon with Jayme Perkins Boswell  conducting the training!  She is a teacher at Heritage Elementary and a former graduate of Living Waters Christian School!!  Our first session will be:
“The Importance „Environment‟ plays in classroom management & the
need for sensory activities in the preschool classroom.”

SPECIAL GUEST SPEAKER:  John Somerville will be our special speaker on Sunday, March 4th for the morning service. He is the Central States Coordinator for Christians United For Israel (CUFI), a coalition of evangelicals from a broad spectrum of Christian denominations committed to the biblical mandate to bless and stand with Israel and the Jewish people.
He is a retired Marine Corps Colonel. During his 30 years in the Corps, he was an Infantry Officer and later an Intelligence Officer specializing in the Middle East. John spent time in Israel, Turkey, Somalia, Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Syria, and the most dangerous place of all, Washington D.C.
Somerville first went to the Middle East in the early 70s and has made more than 50 trips there in the ensuing years. His interest in the Land of the Bible and archaeology enables him to speak with authority about the historical and current military/political events in the region. In 2005 he was honored with the prestigious “Friend of Israel” award.

ENGAGE:  Saturday, March 10th | 5:00 p.m. | Sanctuary.  Pre-service Prayer starts at 4:00 p.m….time of exalting Him and who He is…time of declaring His character and His attributes back to Him…He promised that if we lift Him up that He would draw close to us.  The Lord spoke to Jeremy’s heart when E.N.G.A.G.E. started In March 2009 that if we would be faithful to our part in that first hour of pre-service prayer, He would be faithful to His part in the worship that follows.  Come for a night of worship & encounter with the Lord!

FIREFALL MINISTRIES:   FireFall Ministries presents “World Changers”, Friday & Saturday, March 2nd – 3rd at Henry Christian Church.  Friday evening session – 7:30 p.m. Saturday sessions – 11:00 a.m. & 3:00 p.m.

SHELBY TOUCHED TWICE:  March 17 from 10-4 at the First Baptist Church in Shelbyville. This is a once a year free medical clinic open to anyone in Shelby County.  Volunteers are needed to shepherd our guests, as gatekeepers, and to work in the many different areas.  For more information, please click here.
