Joel Dusek works for Industrial Powder Coating, Inc. as the Corporate Director of Human Resources.  His wife, Debbie, is now retired after 21 years in the staffing industry. They have five children (Sheri Dusek, Ryan Dusek, Ginny Dusek, Tiffaney Curtis, and Robert Sudduth) and six grandchildren.

Joel also serves as a doorkeeper and is the Chairman of the Personnel Committee.
